Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased are non-refundable. However, we do value you as a customer and encourage feedback. In the case your are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us with your feedback and we will review on a case by case basis. We can reassure you our products are of greatest quality and you will not be disappointed.

There are no exchanges available on purchased items. If you have accidentally paid for an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible via shirleensevents@live.com to let us know your situation. If the item has not been processed, then we may be able to consider alternative arrangements.
